NICHOLS - Allie Stevens Hughes, 79, died Monday, Dec. 6, 1999, at LorisCommunity Hospital after an illness.
She was the wife of Oree Hughes.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Cox-Collins Funeral Home ofMullins.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the funeral home.

NICHOLS - Allie Stevens Hughes, 79, died Monday, Dec. 6, 1999, at LorisCommunity Hospital after an illness.
She was born Oct. 31, 1920, in Horry County, a daughter of the lateNeedham Joseph Stevens and Nolie Royals Stevens.
She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Oree Hughes; four daughters, Lannis Jollyof Nichols, Janice Phillips of Murfreesboro, N.C., and Jenny Johnson andRhonda Lilly, both of Conway; two brothers, Charles Furman Stevens andGeorge Stevens, both of Conway; and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Pleasant View Baptist Church. TheRev. Rick Watson will officiate.
Burial will be in Stevens Cemetery.
Cox-Collins Funeral Home of Mullins is in charge.
