Henry F. Todd

Henry Foch Todd, 82, of the Mount Vernon community, died Friday, Aug. 17,2001, at Loris Extended Care after an illness.

He was born Sept. 5, 1918, in Bladenboro, N.C., a son of the late JosephW. Todd and Sarah Lennie Sykes Todd.

He was a retired tobacco farmer and had been a member of Mount VernonBaptist Church since 1946.

Survivors include his widow, Lutie Stevens Todd; two sons, Alford Todd ofColumbia and Joe Todd of Leland, N.C.; a brother, Clarence Todd of Loris;a sister, Clara Belle Todd of Loris; six grandchildren; and agreat-grandchild.

The funeral will be at 4 p.m. today at Mount Vernon Baptist Church. TheRevs. Earl Elvis and Doyce Norris will officiate. Burial will be inCarter Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Mount Vernon Baptist Church, 4350 Red BluffRoad, Loris, SC 29569.

Hardwick Funeral Home in Loris is in charge.
