Co. wherin SARAH LONG, PRISCILLA FAULK & ELIZABETH SMITH (Heirs at law of JAMES WEST, dec'd , & Petitioners to the Court of the Sale of following tract of land leading from Reaves Ferry to Big Cypress, Beg. at LEONARD LONG'S corner & runs to JOSEPH GORE'S line. At Spring Term of Court 1858 a decree of Sale was made & in pursuance of sd decree JOHN W. ELLIS (Clerk & Master of sd Court) having advertised time and place of sale did on Aug 8, 1858 expose land to sale when & where LEONARD M. LONG became the purchaser he being the last & highest bidder of $3.50.
