At Spring Term of Court 1858 a decree of Sale was made & in pursuance of sd decree JOHN W. ELLIS (Clerk & Master of sd Court) having advertised time and place of sale did on Aug 8, 1858 expose land to sale when & where LEONARD M. LONG became the purchaser he being the last & highest bidder of $3.50.
