    Charles M. Wesley, 76, of 406 Macon Ave., died at 1:00 PM Monday at Kentucky Baptist Hospital.
    Mr. Wesley was a retired employee of the Belknap Hardware Co., a veteran of World War I, and an American Legion member.
    He was a native of Casey County, Kentucky, where he was Sheriff from 1928 to 1932.
    Survivors include his wife, the former Mabel Combest; two sons, William J. Wesley and George W. Wesley; and four grandchildren.
    The body will be at Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Road, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Tuesday, then will be taken to Bartle Funeral Home, Liberty, Kentucky, where it will be on Wednesday. The funeral will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday at the Bartle Funeral Home, with burial at Antioch Cemetery, Liberty.
