during his minority, father-in-law 'Robertus Tyliol' was lord of Swine{of the dower of his wife} [Kirkby's Inquest, p. 305- 'Nomina Villarum'for Yorkshire, 9 Edw. II (1316)]

'lord of Winestead, Yorks.' 5 Mar 1315/6 [Knights II:230, cites 'P.W.']
received grant of lands in Swine from Stephen de Bilton, 1319

received grant from half-brother Peter de Tiliol of 'his right to a toftand croft in Swine, which were once belong to R. Squer, and which hismother, Matilda, held for life......dated at Swine, 20 May 1321'

' On 1 Nov. 1318 Robt. de Hilton received a pard., as adherent of Thos.,earl of Lancaster, for all felonies commd before 7 Aug.; any part in therobbery of the cardinal legates being excepted; and on 20 Aug. 1321, hewas pard., as a follower of Hugh D'Audley the s., for any crimes commd inopposing the Despensers. [chronology indicates she was born say 1295-1305, and IPM evidence[1]shows she could not have been the daughter of Margery de Bolebec - CPV:514-516.
She is therefore shown based on this as a daughter of Robert, son ofRalph]
