    Clifton B. Higgins
    (August 27, 1945 - June 16, 2011)

    Warsaw-Clifton B. Higgins, 65, passed away Thursday June 16, 2011. He was born in Eubank, KY the son of the late James V. and Ruby Shelton Higgins. He was also preceded by a brother Ray Higgins. Clifton worked in construction and was a member of the Gallatin Co. Bass Club and the Glencoe Masonic Lodge. He also served in the Army National Guard for 6 years. Surviving are his wife Joan Ruddick Higgins, two sons, James "Clif" Higgins and Jeffrey Longworth, one brother, Clifford Higgins, three sisters, Esta Mae Wallace, Faye Biddle and Shirley Chipman and four grandchildren, Mandy, Katie, Jerrett and Jenna. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 20, at 2pm and visitation will begin at 1 pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw . Memorials may be given to the Scenic View Church of Christ or St. Elizabeth Hospice.
