    Isabel Pressly Hunt, 95, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at her home in Anderson after a long illness.

    She was the widow of Warren Avery Hunt. Mrs. Hunt was born Sept. 12, 1909, the daughter of the late Dr. James P. Pressly and Mrs. Bessie Boyce Pressly of Due West, S.C. She was educated in the schools of Due West and a 1930 graduate of Erskine College. She came to Anderson to teach at Girls High School and later was a District Five elementary music coordinator. Mrs. Hunt was a member of the Anderson Music Club and the Anderson Piano Ensemble. She was a pianist and organist and a private piano teacher for many years. Mrs. Hunt was a long-time member of Young Memorial ARP Church.

    She was preceded in death by three brothers, Dr. James B. Pressly, John L. Pressly and Rev. Frank Y. Pressly.

    Mrs. Hunt is survived by three sons and their wives, Dr. John R. Hunt and Betty of Anderson, Dr. William P. Hunt and Kathy of Mattapoisett, Mass., and Rev. James A. Hunt and Cathy of Mooresville, N.C.; and by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

    The family will receive friends at her home, 407 Boulevard, today, Feb. 27, 2005, from 5 to 7 p.m. A memorial service will be held Monday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. at Young Memorial ARP Church by Dr. Tom Richie officiating.

    The family is at the home of John and Betty Hunt.

    Memorials may be sent to Young Memorial ARP Church, 509 Boulevard, Anderson, SC 29621, or to Erskine College, Due West, SC 29639 for the new music building.

    Sullivan-King Mortuary, Northeast Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.

    Isabel Pressly Hunt, 95, of Anderson, S.C. died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005 at her home following a lengthy illness. Born Sept. 12, 1919 in Due West, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Dr. James P. and Bessie Boyce Pressly. Mrs. Hunt was educated in the schools of Due West and was a 1930 graduate of Erskine College. Hunt of Mooresville; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held Monday, Feb. 28 at Young Memorial ARP Church in Anderson, S.C.
