    Mary Alta (Beasley) Combest Hallmark

    ======

    Mary Alta Beasley Combest Hallmark, 79, 1203 Somerset Village, formerly of Cains Store, died yesterday in Nancy.

    She was born on July 16, 1908, in Mintonville, the daughter of the late Silas Sidney and Bertha Frances Buchanan Beasley. She was a music teacher and a member of the Bradley's Pleasure Baptist Church.

    Survivors include two sons, William Berlyn Combest of Waynesburg and James Ronald Hallmark of Corbin; four daughters, Verna Mae Hardwick of Wakerman, Ohio, Juanita Kasee of North Port, Fla., Mary Jackson of Corbin and Pam Hallmark Dorsey of Science Hill; two sisters, Opha Garner and Ila Patterson, both of Nancy; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

    Deceased relatives include two husbands, William Beecher Combest and the Rev. Elick Hallmark; three brothers, Herbert, Robert and Finis Beasley; and a sister, Alpha Mae Roberts.

    Services will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. at Bradley's Pleasure Church, with Elder S.L. Sears and the Rev. Howard Prather officiating.

    Burial will be in the Bradley's Pleasure Cemetery.

    Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today at Pulaski Funeral Home.
