    Catherine T. (Santangelo), Savini, surrounded by her family died on December 8, 2011 of Frederick, Pa. formerly of Newtown Square. She was the daughter of the late Matthew and Angeline (Alba) Santangelo of Norristown. Survived by her husband of 61 years Warren ("Woody") J. Savini, Sr., her children Karen Savini (Joseph Galese), Janet Reimund (Ken), Terrie Stagliano (Albert), Judy Savini, Warren, Jr. (Barbara) and Dennis (Patricia), her grandchildren Natalie Cieslak (Jordan), Kathryn Reimund, Andrea Farnsworth, Diana Cordrey (Rob), Jacqueline Savini, Kevin, Emily and Bryan Savini, her great granddaughter Gia Marie Cordrey, her brother Matthew Santangelo and her sisters Nancy Paschall, Suzanne Scharff and Marianne Gockley. She was predeceased by her brothers Harry and Charles Santangelo. Born and raised in Norristown, she was a member and married at Holy Saviour Church. A seamstress by trade, she graduated in 1943 from the Spring Garden Institute in Philadelphia and for a time was employed by Suky Rosan Bridal in Ardmore. One of her greatest pleasures was sewing for her 6 children and 8 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Friday from 9-10:30 A.M. at the D'Anjolell Memorial Home, 2811 West Chester Pike Broomall, PA 19008. Funeral Mass 11 A.M. St. Anastasia Church. Interment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to the Devereux Foundation c/o Devereux Development Office in the Name of Judy Savini 444 Devereux Drive P.O. Box 638 Villanova, PA 19085 would be appreciated.
