    Son of Linsey Perry Hines and Rosanna Fern (Vaught) Hines - Husband of Ella (Young) Hines.

    Henry J. Hines and Ella (Young) Hines were married July 17, 1898 in Pulaski County, Kentucky.

    "Henry J. Hines, formerly of Science Hill, died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Martha Wiles, Mintonville.

    The son of the late Linzie Perry and Rosanne Hines, he was born May 1, 1878 in Pulaski County. He was married to Ella Mae Young. She preceded him in death.

    Mr. Hines was a farmer and a member of the Science Hill Baptist Church.

    Survivors include the following children, Mrs. Wiles, Mrs. Mary Flynn and Mrs. Vertis Jasper, both of Science Hill, and Lloyd Hines, Nancy; one brother, Adam Hines, Bloomington, Ind.; nineteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

    Funeral services were held Tuesday at the King Bee Baptist Church with the Rev. John Hodge officiating. Burial was in the King Bee Cemetery.

    Farris-Morris-Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements."
