Whiteville, N. C. , Nov. 9. - Funeral services for Jacob Jasper Fowler, 64, prominent Horry County farmer, who died at 10 o`clock Tuesday night at his home on Loris, S. C. , Rt. 2, after an illness of three weeks, were held at 2 o`clock this afternoon from the late residence. The Rev. S. A. Hatley, Baptist minister of Tabor City, conducted the services. Burial followed in the Fowler family cemetery. He is survived by three sons, William H. , Vollie and Carlie Fowler, all of Loris; one brother, Emanuel Fowler, of Tabor City, and several grandchildern.
