Faris/Faries wife of John O'Neal and Wm. Ware. Due to the John Hart research, Mary was attached to this family incorrectly. Mary was NOT daughter of Moses Faris. She was daughter of Thomas Faris and Margaret Walker. She was born in 1809 SC and died in Texas in 1888. She is mentioned in the Will of Thomas Faris and probate records clearly state both of her husbands names on receipts where they paid toward her debts. Mary married Wm. Ware after John O'Neal died. Mary and Wm. had 10 known children, one son being Wm. Harris Ware who I descend from. If anyone is researching this same family of Faris or Ware's I would like to correspond and share info. Many thanks to a dear soul in SC (you know who you are) for helping me find out who exactly Mary Margaret Faris belonged to.
