Chris A. Juel, 66, fishing boat captain of Little River and father of fishing boat Captain Frank N. Juel, also of Little River died April 5,1963.

Captain Juel was born April 20, 1896, in Cleveland Ohio, a son of the late Andrew and Mary Hansen Juel. He was a retired veterinarian and formany years operated a charter fishing boat, the Mildred Mary, at LittleRiver.

Surviving are two sons, POC Bennie A. Juel of the USS Enterprise, USNavy, and Frank N. Juel of Little River; a daughter Mrs. Hoyt Shelley ofMyrtle Beach; two brothers Oliver Juel of Oregon, and Lester Juel of Montana; two sisters Mrs. Mae Hart of Texas and Mrs. Elanor Schniedier ofJoplin MO; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
