Will of Arther Pinner

In the name of God Amen, the fifth day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty one.

I Arther Pinner of South Carolina Horry District farmer being in low state of health but sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament at he same time utterly revoking all former wills made by me declaring this to be my last will and testament.

First I give and bequeath to my son Arthur Pinner one hundred and twenty five acres of land lying on Lambert also a gang of hogs useing at Shingle bay.

To my son William Pinner one hundred and twenty five acres of land joining Arther Pinners land on lambert also fifteen head of hogs.

To my daughter Elizabeth Stephenes Children four cows that give suck not to be removed out of their range in Arther Pinners care for said children.

To my grandson Arther Pinner one hundred acres of land where his mother now lives.

To my grandson Benjamin Pinner one hundred acres of land joining his mothers. My daughter in law Ann Pinner to live on the land till her son Arther is one and twenty.

To my daughter Rebekah Pinner one hundred acres of land where I now live two feather beds and their firniture one hand mill one mair by the name of linnet one gang of hogs useing at the sand hills three sows fifteen shoats useing at the head of tallwood.

To my son Abraham Pinner two hundred acres of land where he now lives one gang hogs useing at Joshuas folly.

To my daughter Ann Stanalands children four cows that give suck not to be removed out of their range in Arther Pinners care.

To my daughter Ann Stanaland one feather bed.

To my daughter Rebekah Pinner fifteen head of cattle which is called hers, all the rest of my house hold and kitchen firniture.

To my son Abraham Pinner five cows that give suck one mair by the name of nell.

To my daughterinlaw James Pinners wife ten head of hogs.

And the remainder of my cattle to be equally divided among my grandchildren.

I do hereby appoint my son Arther Pinner and Daniel Lee joint executors of this my last will and testament to which I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred twenty one.
