toen hij in 1819 te epe trouwde met geertje ziel , dienstmeid wonende opschoonbroek onder apeldoorn , waren de ouders van geertje ziel , jan derks ziel en roelofje everts vis niet aan aanwzig op de trouwdag van hun dochter . zij hadden via een notarieele akte,opgemaakt door MR.jan busgerste arnhem ,hun goedkeuren verleend aan het huwelijk. de reden is dat janderks en roelofje vis met hun overige drie dochters in het tuchthuis vanarnhem achter slot en grendel zaten .
