Zij kreeg Zevenhuizen 5 als erfdeel. Het echtpaar Brans/Eelman woonde tot 1888 op Zevenhuizen 5 en gingen toen op Kerkplein 1 wonen. Het pand werd in 1887 in tweeen bewoond. In 1888 werd door Gerrit Eelman en Aagje Brans de boerderij verkocht en werd deze bezit van Maarten Cornelis Veeger (1815-1893) en zijn vrouw Neeltje Klaasd. Boogaard (1830-BG 1895), samen voor de helft en hun vier kinderen ieder voor een achtste deel.
