De ouders van Grietjen zijn Hendrik Lucas Reints en Trete Engberts. Vader Hendrik is treedt op 17-09-1741 nog als momber op van Grietjen bij haar huwelijk met Albert. Als op 14 april 1742 haar oudste broer Lucas trouwt met Annigje Arends Booden dan is haar vader reeds overleden. In deze huwelijkse voorwaarden krijgen ook de overige kinderen van wijlen Hendrik Lucas Reints en Trete Engberts (zij leeft nog) een uitkering uit de boedel. Tussen haakjes wordt vermeld dat de dochter de uitkering reeds gekregen heeft, hoeveel dat is wordt niet vermeld.
