    is of hij er tevoren al woonde. Mogelijk was er geen formele vestiging nodig
    voor garnizoenssoldaten. In 1806 werd hij boekhouder en was hij kennelijk niet
    meer in het leger. Bij de vestiging was een borgstelling noodzakelijk die werd
    verleend door Mr. Thom. v. Thuessink en H. Buisman (zijn schoonvader). Indien hij binnen 6 jaar tot armoede zou vervallen, zou hij ten laste komen van de Roomsche armenkamer.
