Oud Notarieel Archief Delfshaven, 58/779, 23-11-1767 (www.gemeentearchief.rotterdam.nl): Bartje Sijs, huijsvrouw van Pieter Marcusz van der Burgh, Aagje Vollemans en Cornelia Haaks, huijsvrouw van Frans Bloesem, stellen op verzoek van Dirk van Lendering, Coorn en kolenmeter en gehuwd met Jannetje van der Chijs, de volgende verklaring op.
In de maand juni 1767, juiste dag onbekend, heeft Pleuntje Spanjersberg die als schoonmaakster werkzaam was bij de fam. Lendering, in een dronken bui op straat haar werkgever belastert en beschuldigt. Zij beschuldigde haar werkgever dat hij wel drie testamenten had opgesteld en die aan haar had voorgelezen en dat zijn vrouw steeds dronken was. Vollemans getuigt dat zij ook twee jaar, 1762 tot 1764, daar als dienstmnaagd heeft gewoond en gewerkt en dat zij nimmer iets hiervan heeft gemerkt. Alle drie hebben zij Pleuntje gesommeerd haar mond te houden en te stoppen met de beschuldigingen.
