Op 29 juli 1796 maakt zij opnieuw testament en vermaakt een perceel land aan haar nicht Maria Mathijs Verdonk alsmede aan Johanna Jan Verdonk en Adriaan Verdonk. Inventarisnummer 102B folio 18

Op 18-2-1797, RA Bergeyk 64-155 verso t/m 164 verso verkoopt Pieternel Verdonk genoemd als weduwe en erfgenaam van Pero Wouters Hermans thans getrouwt met Anthony van de Vorst.
Zij verkoopt een huijsplaets en aangelag gelegen onder de dorpe van Bergeyk, groot 3 spijnt, koopsom 56.0.0.
Verder verkoopt ze 11 percelen land die we hierna kort aanduiden met de koopsom die in één geval niet genoemd is.

- Den Neerenbeemd, 5 spijnt, koopsom 73.0.0.
