In 1684 werd gesuggereerd dat ze het klooster of begijnenhof in zou gaan, Aangezien ze in Leuven is overleden zal ze waarschijnlijk net als haar zusters begijntje zijn geweest. In de Republiek der Verenigde Nederlanden bestond die mogelijkheid niet, vandaar dat de Van Mierlo's in de Zuidelijke Nederlanden in kloosters en begijnenhoven zaten.
