Wezenregister van het Brugse Vrije, Noordkwartier: Vande Moere Segher-Coene Anna, register 16505 folio 18v, Oostkerke:


Akte van 10-07-1739. Niclaeys (7j), het enige k.v. Van Houtte Enghelbert & Coene Isabelle (d.v. Jan). Voogden: Van Houtte Jacob & Vande Moere Zegher. Hij erft van zijn moeder, + 27-10-1733 te Lapscheure (geen onroerend goed). Rendante: Constant Brigitta als weduwe van de vader van de wees. Tegelijk erft hij van zijn vader, + 14-02-1737 te Lapscheure (geen onroerend goed). Er zijn tot £ 182 meer schulden of lasten dan baten. Bezitster: Constant Brigitta.  


Akte van 02-12-1745. Hij erft van Van Houtte Pieter (z.v. Franchois), … (wat land te Middelburg-in-Vlaanderen). Op 16-06-1762 legde sieur Bariseele Augustyn de eed af als medevoogd i.p.v. Vande Moere Zegher. Een akte van 2304-1763 vermeldt de weduwe van de voogd Vande Moere Zegher als zijnde hertrouwd met sieur Cathoor Lieven. In deze akte wordt de wees vermeld als ‘imbeciel’. De imbeciele wees erft van zijn tante Coene Anna (d.v. Jan), vrouw van Vande Moere Segher, + 29-08-1735 te Moerkerke (een part in een hoeve te Moerkerke ten noorden over de Lieve). Haar staat van goed werd op 0905-1736 geliquideerd voor de wet van het graafschap van Middelburg-in-Vlaanderen. Op04-10-1766 legde Cathoir Lieven de eed af als voogd i.p.v. Van Houtte Jacob.  


Akte van 02-09-1767. “Op hedent heeft Lieven Cattoor alhier overgebraght rekenynghe administrataire van den imbecillen Niclaeys Van Houtte ten overstaen van den medevooght Augustinus Barizeele, welckers slodt over meer ontfaen dan betaelt baetelyck uytgevallen is ter somme van £ 30-0- 7 en half gr(ooten), voor welcke somme waerin is bestaende geheel het capitael van den imbecillen den voorschreven Cattoor gepresenteert heeft hem Niclaeys Van Houtte te aenveerden ende hem syn leven lanck behoorlyck te onderhouden ende door syne hoirs te doen onderhouden, mitsgaeders te begraeven met den middelen dienst …”.
