Heerschap te Heeg, potestaat van Westergo 1381-1388. op 10.08.1398 genoemd als Haring in den Hage, die trouw had gezworen aan hertog Albrecht van Beieren.

Volgens het Charterboek tekent in 1398 bij de huldiging van de Hollandse graaf Aelbrecht in Stavoren voor de Zuid-Westhoek o.a. "Haring in den Hage" (=Heech). Hij werd in 1400 benoemd tot "potestaet" (legeraanvoerder) van Westergo. In 1401 is hij mede-ondertekenaar in Bolsward van de vrede tussen Holland en Friesland.
Yn 1399 waerd "Harinck in den Haegh, daer Harincxma hueren naem van hebben" keazen as oanfierder fan Werstergoo, foar it gefal dat de Hollanners werom komme soene om harren biwald hjir to fêstigen.
