Volgens Historisch Kadaster werd hij 17-03-1777 eigenaar van 'Het Lien achter Trijn Reyerstuin, hij erfde van zijn stiefvader Pieter Pietersz Duynevelt. Zijn moeder was eerder getrouwd met Jan Jacobsz Biersteker of Schuyt.
In Dec. 1789 werd deze grond door zijn erfgenamen verkocht aan Arent Geritsz Apeldoorn voor 200 gulden.
In 1832 (oprichting kadaster) was deze grond via erven nog steeds eigendom van Gerard Apeldoorn.
