Reinoud I[1] (1000-23 mei 1040) was een zoon van Landerik van Nevers en van Mathilde van Nevers. Hij volgde in 1028 zijn vader op als graaf van Nevers. In 1031, na de dood van Robert II van Frankrijk, werd hij ook graaf van Auxerre.
