NOTE:II ADRIAEN (ARIEN) AERTSE (HORDIJK), zoon van I, geboren rond 1520, overleden na 1559, minstens 39 jaar oud.
We kennen Arien Aertse alleen uit de kohieren van de 10de penning van 1559 waarin de eigenaren en gebruikers van landerijen worden genoemd. Daaruit blijkt dat hij in West Barendrecht, ruim 5 mergen in eigendom heeft, 2 mergen van de nonnen in Dordrecht.
In het buitenland van West Barendrecht gebruikt Arien Aertse 19 hond, die toebehoren aan Lijsbeth Heynrick Aerts. In Carnisse gebruikt hij 6 mergen van Jan van Nedernen en "Tiendalf"hond van de Heilige Geest.
In het nieuw bedijkte land van Carnisse gebruikt Arien Aerts 16 hond van de Heilige Geest te Dordrecht.
