In het jaar achttien honderd acht en negentig den tienden der maand October verscheen voor mij Diderik Hendrik Jas, ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Dubbeldam: Willem van den Boogaard, oud zes en vijftig jaren, aanspreker wonende te Dubbeldam en Teunis Stehouwer oud zeven en dertig jaren, Veldwachter wonende te Dubbeldam, welke mij verklaard hebben, dat op den achtsten dezer maand des voor middags ten half twaalf ure, te Dubbeldam, in het huis geteekend wijk C nummer twee en twintig is overleden Gerrit van Heeren, oud twee jaren, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende alhier, zoon van Adrianus van Heeren, arbeider en Neeltje van der Weijde,zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier.
