Deze verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Sijmen Letter , oud acht en dertig jaren , veldwachter , wonende te DUBBELDAM en van Stephanus Lauwrentius Boers , oud twee en dertig jaren , boekhouder , wonende te DORDRECHT als getuigen . Waarvan dadelijk deze Akte is opgemaakt , aan den aangever en de getuigen voorgelezen en door mij met hen onderteekend .
