In het jaar achttien honderd negen en zeventig, den achttienden der maand Januari verscheen voor mij Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Gemeente Dubbeldam:
Gerrit de Bruijn oud vijf en twintig jaren, timmerman wonende te Dubbeldam welke mij verklaard heeft, dat op den achttienden dezer maand des voor middags te half vier ure, te Dubbeldam in het huis geteekend wijk Bnummer twee en twintig is bevallen van een kind van het vrouwe lijk geslacht, zijne echtgenoote Lijntje Schenk, zonder beroep wonende te Dubbeldam aan welk kind wordt gegeven de voornaam van Dingena.
Deze verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Sijmen Letter oud Zeven en veertig jarenm veldwachter wonende te Dubbeldam en van GerardusGijsbertus Brandt oud zeven en twintig jaren, boekhouder wonende te Dordrecht als getuigen.
Waarvan dadelijk deze Akte is opgemaakt, aan den aangever en de getuigen voorgelezen en door mij met hen onderteekend.
