Vermoedelijk was zij de vrouw van Pieter Jansz Zilver die nog in 1655 aan het Noordeinde woont, naast of bij Cornelis Jansz Broers.
Zijn kind, het kind van de zuster van Cornelis Broers, erft blijkens een aantekening in de kohieren van de 1000e penning rond 1653 diens land. Het is niet duidelijk of dit kind dezelfde is als zijn zoon Jan Pietersz Zilver, die in 1668 als kaaskoper te Hoorn met Thijs Cornelis Timmerman te Alkmaar hun grond te Abbekerk, achter de huizen aan het Noordeinde verkoopt aan Tade Jacobs, de helft voor haar kinderen uit de eerste en de andere helft voor haar kind uit tweede echt.
Pieter Jansz Zilver leeft nog in 1661 te Hoorn.
Hij wordt dan genoemd als bloedvoogd van Aeff Pieters, de weduwe van Pieter Cornelis Lauwes in de Weere.
Op 20-10-1635 kopen Marij Jans met haar broeder en Griet Jans broers en anderen graf 131 Noordkap in de grote kerk te Hoorn.
