    Stedelijk Gymnasium, oud drie en dertig jaren, wonende alhier, welke in tegenwoordigheid van twee
    getuigen, als van
    Petrus Oosterbaan, Conrector bij gemeld Gymnasium, oud vijf en vijftig jaren en Frans Hubert
    Egidius Wolters, Leraar bij gezegd Gymnasium, oud drie en dertig jaren, beide wonende binnen deze
    gemeente, ons heeft verklaard dat zijne echtgenoot Mevrouw Maria Theresia van Genderen,
    particulier, bevallen is van een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, geboren gisteren om half tien
    ure des morgens in hunne woning staande aan de Grote Hekel, wijk I nummer drie en veertig, welk
    kind zal genaamd worden Anna Frederica, van welke verklaring wij de tegenwoordige Akte hebben
    opgemaakt, ide, na voorlezing, is geteekend door ons, den comparant en de getuigen.
