    van beroep zonder wonende ten zijnen huize
    welk kind zal genaamd worden Cornelis
    Zijnde deze inschrijving gedaan op aangifte van Jan Philip Stroobach.
    Van welke verklaring wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt in tegenwoordigheid van Klaas Bot, van beroep
    zaagmolenaar oud vijf en vijftig jaren, wonende te Uitgeest en van Anthonie van Nienes, van
    beroep gemeente-Secretaris oud zeven en veertig jaren, wonende mede te Uitgeest en is deze akte
    na voorlezing door ons den comparant en de getuigen onderteekend.
