Floris Pietersz van der Valck, arbeyder aan de straet, weduwnaar van Ploontgen Rocus, toekomstige bruidegom, sluit een contract van huwelijksvoorwaarden met Ermken Hendricx, weduwe van Dirck Jacobsz, in zijn leven mercktschipper van hier op 's-Graevenhage.
De boedelinventaris van de goederen die Floris Pietersz van der Valck inbrengt bij zijn a.s. huwelijk bevat o.a. huisraad, kleding en een huis met erf in de Waeterhontsteech, belend door Jacob Bartholomeesz ten noorden, Clement Dircxsz ten zuiden en achter strekkend tot Gabriel Winckelmans. Het huis is belast met een rentebrief ten profijte van de nagelaten kinderen van Jeronimus Woutersz Rotshouck ad 600 gulden.
De totale getaxeerde waarde van zijn in te brengen goederen bedraagt 700 gulden.
De boedelinventaris van de door Ermken Hendricx bij het a.s. huwelijk in te brengen goederen bevat o.a. goederen die zij gekocht heeft op haar vendutie op 10-3-1657, haar winckel met daarin o.a. een waach en 1/3 deel van het huis waarin zij woont aan de westzijde van de Delffse Poort waar de Graeuwe Bandelier uithangt, alles tezamen ter waarde van 951 gulden, 2 stuivers en 4 penningen, verminderd met schulden aan diverse niet nader genoemde personen ad 100 gulden.

N.B. Deze akte komt gedeeltelijk overeen met ONA 317 akte 187.
