Arie Vermeij oud zes en veertig jaren, arbeider wonende te Dubbeldam en Johannes Nodelijk oud acht en twintig jaren, veldwachter wonende te Dubbeldam welke mij verklaard hebben, dat op den tweeden dezer maand des na middags ten zes ure, te Dubbeldam in het huis geteekend wijk A nummer vier en veertig is overleden Pieter van Heeren, oud vier en tachtig jaren, arbeider geboren en wonende te Dubbeldam, zoon van Hendrik Pieterszoon van Heeren en Luiksje Jansdochter van der Linde, beiden overleden Weduwnaar van Heiltje van de Merwe, overleden.
Waarvan dadelijk deze Akte is opgemaakt, aan de aangevers vorgelezen en door mij met hen onderteekend.
