      "De jongste zoon van Hendrik Leenderts Mosterman was Hendrik Hendrik Mosterman (1831-1868). Hij huwde met Doortje Jans Metz (1827-1911). Zij kregen o.a. een zoon Jan Mosterman (1860-1945) die huwde met Trijntje Brouwer (1867-1902).

      In 1893 werd hier het Rijksdepôt gevestigd van de postdienst. Jan Mosterman had de bijnaam HinDoorJan. Hij was behalve depôthouder ook herbergier en boer. Ze hielden daar een zogenaamd huiscafé. Hun enige dochter was Doortje Margaretha Mosterman (1896-1986). Zij huwde met Jacobus Adrianus Metz (1896-1978). Hun kleinkinderen wonen nog steeds in het voorouderlijk huis."
