is getrout aen een man genaemt Foppe Haytsma, hebbende in Idsega
aan de Rijgge een sterck huys ofte stuys, het welcke Lioleff Hoytema sijn
wijffs broeder heeft uytgeroeyt, ten tijde als in Vryslant regneerde den
partij van Schieringers ende vetkopers met hulp van de inwoonders van
de Rijge voorschreven, het welcke sijn off sijn susters ende broeders meyers
ofte kinderen waren ende dat daeromme, om dat Foppe muyteneerde ende
hem partij begoste te maken met hulp van Hettinga uyt Hommerts buyten
consent van Lioleff voorschreven die tegen niemandt partije dreeff, maer de
sijne sochte te beschermen, welcke Hettinga het stens van Hoyta toe Morra
in Abbega, Lioleffs neeff, ingenomen ende verdistrueert hadde"
