Na het overlijden van Jacob Hendricksz van der Kleij (1735) en Jannigje Tijmens Ketel (1736) werd het Rechthuis van Zevenhoven, toen nog "De Prins" door de erfgenamen verkocht aan de oudste kleinzoon Arie Jans Oskam, zoon van hun dochter Aeltje van der Kleij die gehuwd was met Jan Ariensz Oskam.
Kleinzoon Arie was gehuwd met Maagje Isaacks van Maurik. Maagje was een stiefdochter van Arie's oom Hendrik Ariens Oskam (de tweede echtgenoot van Maagjes moeder).
Arie was herbergier in 'de Prins' Zevenhoven.
Het gezin woonde tot ca. 1730 in Lopikerkapel, daarna te Lopik tot ca. 1735 en toen weer in Lopikerkapel.
