Op 04.07.1716: sterfhuijs jan lijssens fs gillis (…) houderigge is marie van puyvelde met weeskinderen: Gilleken, Catharina, Joosken fs Jans. Voogden zijn Gillis Lijssens fs Gillis en Jaecques Vermeulen fs Adriaen.
Verkaveling gedaan 19.11.1716 ten sterfhuize van wijlen Cathelijne van Strijdonck sijne moeder: de helft van stukken land genaamd den vaerenbergh en den hofstedeacker (800 roeden ?), beide volgleen en hoofdleen van Jan lijssens fs Jaecques onder het hof Ter Weyns binnen Haasdonk. Verder eigenaar van een hofstede in diericxdam, groot een half gemet, landende o. Pieter van Esbroeck z. dheeren straete en w. Pieter Smet; en van 2 stukken land t.w. den meulenbergh en den poteerdacker.
In de stal stonden 3 koeien, een rund, een biggetje, een kalf en op het neerhof liepen een haan met 7 hennen. Hij bezat ook een roer. (4)
Na overlijden van Jan Lijssens hertrouwde Anna Marie van Puyvelde te Bazel 05.07.1716 met Jan de RIJCKE fs Pieter.
