De erfgenamen van Neeltje Bestebroer, weduwe van Piet Monster, gewoond hebbende en overleden te Cillaarshoek, verkopen d.d. 24.4.1774 land aan de polder van Nieuw-Bonaventura; verkopen d.d. 24.2.1774 aan Cornelis Reijerkerk te Cillaarshoek een boomgaard in Nieuw-Bonaventura, belend ten westen de koper, ten noorden Willem van Willegen.
