1. Leendert kreeg op 30-3-1805 de acte van indemniteit (NH kerk Heineroord). In 1813 werd hij ingeschreven voor de landstorm. [Bron: Genealogie Hoekse Waard].
2. Leendert woont in 1815 in Mijnsheerenland. Hij heeft dan 2 kinderen en is bouwknecht. Hij woont in het huis A57 en is ingeschreven voor de schutterij. Leendert kreeg zeer veel bedeling. Een "leuk" voorbeeld is in 1818 als ze o.a. een halve fles witte wijn krijgen die veertig cent kost. In totaal kreeg Leendert met Teuntje Verzijl drie kinderen, n.l. Jannigje, Hendrik en Pieter.
