Pieter Pleune Gelder verhuurt aan Arij Cornelis van Wingerden een huis en boomgaart en melioratie van dijkerf, staande en gelegen aan de Pruimendijk onder Ridderkerk voor 1 jaar ingaande de eerste mei 1688 voor de som van 20 gld. met die afspraak dat zij elkander 3 maanden voor mei 1689 zullen waarschuwen om nieuwe huur te maken.
Op 15-5-1710 was Cathalijntje belent als Pieter Pleunen Gelder wed. met bruikweer van land gelegen aan de Oostendam bij de Tiendweg en Zeedijk.
