Notes about Pouwels Geugjes

'Pauw van de Rooie', was een uitstekend muzikant (trompet en piston) en verzorgde in zijn jonge jaren tijdens de weekends muziek in uitgaansgelegenheden (kroeg, dancing). Dat gebeurde op de fiets en het was niet ongewoon dat daarvoor soms twee uur of langer gefietst moest worden naar de plaats van optreden (en 's-nachts weer terug!).
Had kapperszaak aan huis in een groot houten bijgebouw dat later gesloopt is om de bouw van de woning van Grietje Geugjes en Hielke de Boer mogelijk te maken (nr 111A).
