16-2-1709 Harderwijk: Mary Lubberts weduwe van Beene Wijnen in dezen geassisteerd met haar schoonsoon Willem Petersen, en Willem Petersen en Geertjen Beenen, Grietjen en Aaltjen Benen in desen geassisteerd met haar voorn. Swager Willem Petersen te samen sigh sterck makende voor haar onmundige broeder Lubbert Benen, vercoft een twaalfde gedeelte en drie gedeelten van een aghtiende gedeelte in het erffjen en goedt teegenwoordigh bij Hendrick Wijnen gebruijkt, werden aen den selven Hendrick Wijnen en Lubbertje Jans, echteluijden voor een somma van tweehonder en vijftigh guldens vrij goet voor vercoopers, van welcke bij gerect betaalt zijn drie en tachentigh en de resterende hondert seeven en sestigh guldens moeten betaalt worden naastkomende Dt. Aalli, als wanneer de vercoopers sullen doen opdraght op costen van de coopers, en allen voorcommen naar erffcoops reght afdoen. Desen enz. enz. was getekend Marry Lubberts, Willem Peterse, Grietje Beenen, Hendrik Wijnen Lubbertje Jans.
