Een aanvulling over "mijn" oude leraar Nederlands : van 1960 - 1966 was ik leerling van het Eindhovens Protestants Lyceum waar Dr. Trimp conrector & leraar Nederlands was. De school was toen gevestigd in een paar houten noodgebouwen. Dr. Trimp liep met een soort verende pas & een pijp in de mond (dat kon toen nog !) naar de lokalen. Hij was een boeiende docent die de Nederlandse litteratuur behandelde op een manier waardoor ook minder geïnteresseerden bleven luisteren. In de klas was altijd orde, maar ongeveer een keer per jaar gebeurde iets waardoor hij geweldig uit zijn slof schoot waarna hij een beetje verlegen was over zijn eigen uitval.
