--- Compareerde voor de heer Anthonij Mijs, schout, Claas Vermey en Jacob Kapiteyn, Daniel Tijsz Kouwenhoven, weduenaar Marretje Jasse Banthout, exhibeerende een acte van voogdije bij hem en zijn overleedene huysvrouw gemaakt, gepasseerd voor schout en scheepenen van Ter Aar in dato 15 mey 1759 waar bij bleek dat de weeskamer was uytgesloten en hij comparant met en benevens Cornelis Tijsz Kouwenhoven, woonende te Warmond en Huybert Banthout, woonende te Langeraar, waaren aangesteld tot voogden over 't minderjaarige kind, bij zijn huysvrouw naagelaaten met naame Claasje Couwenhoven, omtrent 5 jaaren welke voogdije hij comparant zoo voor zigzelve als voor de voornoemde Cornelis Tijsz Kouwenhoven en Huybert Banthout op heeden voor schout en weesmannen heeft aangenomen (bron: weeskamer Ter Aar, 1760-1805, folio 011 rechts).
