Akte van overlijden nr.45 In het jaar achttien honderd acht en zestig , den achtsten der maand Junij verschenen voor mij Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand van DUBBELDAM : Hendrik van HEEREN oud dertig jaren , arbeider , wonende te DUBBELDAM en Sijmen Letter oud Zes en dertig jaren , veldwachter , wonende te DUBBELDAM , welke ons verklaard hebben dat op den Zevenden dezer maand des voormiddags te vijf ure , te DUBBELDAM in het huis geteekend wijk A nummer honderd en vijftien is overleden : ANNA van HEEREN , oud twee maanden geboren en wonende te DUBBELDAM , dochter van den eersten aangever en van Geertruij Booij , zonder beroep , wonende te DUBBELDAM .
