Notariële akte - 22-03-1689 - DLFS Delfshaven - akte nr. 156 p. 628 - notaris Cornelis van Dam: Jacob Cornelisz van der Plas, weduwnaar van Annitge Krimpen van Emden, maakt tot erfgename zijn zuster Niesge Cornelisdr van der Plas, voor de ene helft. Zij woont in het Weeshuis te Delft. Pas bij vertrek hieruit zal zij over nalatenschap mogen beschikken.
Voor de andere helft benoemt hij tot erfgenamen zijn twee nichten Lijsbeth en Geertruijt Dirckdr van der Plas. dochters van wijlen zijn broer Dirck Cornelisz van der Plas. Hun moeder Annitge Jansdr van der Valck mag tot hun meerderjarigheid gebruik maken van de interest over de te erven goederen. Tot voogden over Lijsbeth en Geertruijt Dirckdr van der Plas worden benoemd Thomas Jansz Valck en Ary Gerritsz Boxhoorn of Bockhoorn.
