Overeenkomst bij notaris Adriaen Hooogop dd. 05-03-1770: Huijbertje van Teijlinge die was gehuwd met wijlen Hendrik Jacobszn Schuijf is overleden en had geen voogden aangesteld over haar minderjarige kinderen Jacob 20 jaar, Geijsbert 18 jaar en Marija 15 jaar. De broers Abraham en Maarten Schuijf en zwager Jan Teehof die is gehuwd met Gerritje van Teylingen nemen op zich om voor de kinderen te zorgen en de begrafenis te regelen. De kosten hiervoor zullen op de nalatenschap worden verhaald.

Veilingsakte bij notaris Adriaen Hoogop dd. 25-06-1770: Huijbertje van Teijlinge, weduwe van Hendrik Jacobus Schuijf, heeft haar jongste kind in het Weeshuis van Delft.Tesamen met de voogden van Jacob en Geijsbert Schuijf, de heren Maarten Schuijf en jan Veehof laat het weeshuis een huis vijlen conform een acte d.d. 17-05-1770. Het huis ligt aan de Groenendaal in de Schoolstraat, ten Oosten grenzend aan Hndrik Lammers en ten Westen aan Cornelis Hogerschijt en ten Noorden aan het erf van Frans van Kal alwaar dienstbaarheden op berusten conform een brief d.d. 10-06-1712.
Het huis wordt afgeslagen en gegiund aan Hendrik Augustus Reus voor fl 105,00. Ook de borgen van Reus, Dirk van Lendering en Gerrit van der Hilst ondertekenen de koopacte. NB Lendering ondertekent met Lenderijnk.
