(Comment) : CONRADI (Petrus), zoon van den apotheker Albertus C., geb. te Leeuwarden 1707, overl. te Franeker 24 Juni 1781, studeerde te Franeker (ingeschr. 27 Aug. 1725) en te Leiden (ingeschr. 26 Mei 1733); hij werd 6 Oct. 1732 tot de evangeliebediening toegelaten, en 1735 tot lector in de theologie, en academieprediker te Franeker benoemd; 10 Oct. 1741 aanvaardde hij aldaar het professoraat met een Oratio inauguralis de necessariis theologi polemici virtutibus (Franek. 1741), in het Hollandsch vertaald o.d. titel: Intrêe-Reden over de pligt van eenen Godgeleerden in het wederleggen der dwaalingen (Harl. 1742). 3 April 1748 werd hem te Franeker honoris causa het doctoraat verleend. 1750 was hij Rector Magnificus..
