Op 24 Mrt 1830 wordt uit het nalatenschap van Schimmel, Cornelis Gijsbertse, overleden 04-06-1829, Hoogland (hofstede Hoogerhorst), echtgenoot Stalenhoef, Maria, eerder gehuwd met Bouwman, Aaltje, verkocht: (1) Soest, meerdere percelen bouw- en weiland en (2) Eemnes, boerenwoning aan de Straatweg; meerdere percelen weiland en bouwland Hoogland, boerenhofstede Hoogerhorst, met weiland van de Eem tot de Linie en van de Linie tot de Slaagscheweg en bouwland onder de Slaag.
Op 24 Apr 1841 wordt het onroerend goed, na zijn overlijden, verkocht: te Hoogland: Sectie A, nr.640 t/m 649 (boerenhofstede "Hoogerhorst" met recht van visserij in de Eem), nr.657 t/m 659 (weiland aan de Slaagscheweg), nr.654 t/m 656, 660 t/m 663, 672 en 673 (weiland aan de Liniedijk), nr.664 en 665 (weiland) en Soest sectie G, nr.519 (veen in de Soestder Veenen).
